The 5th Annual Matt Mayo Cornhole Tournament was held Saturday, October 8, 2022, at Oceanfront Court. In Matt’s loving memory, $50,092 was raised for Matt Mayo Memorial Scholarships to be awarded to graduating high school seniors who are pursuing higher education! That’s right, $50,092! It’s just a wonderful blessing to have such amazing resources to award these scholarships in Matt’s name. For all who were in attendance who gave of their time and resources AND for all those who could not but still contributed the same, a truly heartfelt thank you! You cannot be thanked enough. This event just commemorates the community’s love for those who knew Matt; the love for Matt’s parents and family; and the love for one another in our community – and the unbelievable generosity of so many wonderful people.
